What’s included
Each pre-built Raspberry Pi kit is prepared by DashScene to run as a dedicated DashScene device.
Fully assembled Raspberry Pi kit
Your Raspberry Pi arrives assembled in its case with the prepared microSD card already installed. The kit also includes the power supply and a micro-HDMI to HDMI cable for connecting to your screen.
DashScene Kiosk configured
DashScene opens automatically in kiosk mode when the device starts.
Ready to pair
Connect the device to your screen and wired internet, then pair it with your DashScene account.
What you still need
The Raspberry Pi kit includes the device and setup pieces, but you will still need a few things at the place where you plan to use your DashScene display.
Power and internet nearby
Set up your device near an outlet and a reliable internet connection. A wired Ethernet connection is the simplest option.
A screen
Use a TV, monitor, or other display with an available HDMI input. The Raspberry Pi connects using the included micro-HDMI to HDMI cable.
Internet access
A wired Ethernet connection is the simplest option for getting the device online.
Keyboard and mouse for Wi-Fi
If you want to use Wi-Fi, you will need a USB-A keyboard and mouse to connect the Raspberry Pi to your wireless network.
A good fit for dedicated displays
Pre-built Raspberry Pi kits are a good option when you want DashScene running on a dedicated screen
without preparing the operating system, browser, or kiosk setup yourself.
Small business spaces
Useful for counters, waiting areas, staff spaces, offices, and other shared screens.
Simple setup needs
A good option when you want a dedicated DashScene device with fewer setup steps.
Compact installations
Designed for places where a full desktop computer would be more than you need.
